DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION?

As a family-run business, we’re proud to serve you at both of our facilities — Spruce Grove RV Storage and our flagship, ParklandRVstorage.com. You’ll find the same trusted ownership, great amenities, and friendly service at either location.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY GATE CODE AND SPACE WHEN I RENT ONLINE?

After completing online registration, your space and gate code will be emailed and texted to you. You can move in anytime between 7AM–10PM — no appointments needed, our facility is fully automated.

IS THE FACILITY SECURED?

Our facilities are fully secured with a 6’ chain-link perimeter fence, over 60+ 24/7 security cameras, dusk-to-dawn lighting, and daily unit checks. Each customer has their own keypad access code, which tracks entry and time onsite. For your protection, our gates are open 7AM–10PM — reducing the risk of theft and vandalism that typically occurs overnight.

CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT YEAR ROUND?

Our facility is open 365 days a year from 7AM–10PM. Drive aisles are plowed throughout the winter so you can check on your unit anytime. If you plan to take your RV out during the winter, we recommend bringing a shovel to clear the small amount of snow (usually 1–2 meters) in front of your unit for easier access.

WHAT AMMENITIES DOES YOUR FACILITY OFFER?

Year-Round Access – The entire yard is built with 6 inches of compacted gravel, so there’s no mud and no issues accessing your unit in any season.

Clean & Well-Maintained – Our customers often tell us it’s the nicest and cleanest facility they’ve ever seen.

Extra Amenities Onsite – For your convenience, we offer: Firewood, Propane, Sani-dump station, Air fill, Non-potable water, Chock blocks, Jack blocks


WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We’re conveniently located on the northwest edge of Spruce Grove at the Jennifer Heil/Campsite Road overpass, just off the Yellowhead Highway. Only 10 minutes from the Anthony Henday, we proudly serve RV owners from Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain.

WHAT DO I REQUIRE TO RENT A STALL?

When renting online, you’ll need to upload a photo of your valid driver’s license (in the renter’s name). All units parked onsite must also have valid registration and insurance.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STORAGE SPACE?

We accept VISA or MasterCard, etransfer, check or cash.  Upon initial signup the online system will ask for payment with a credit card, but if you prefer to pay an alternate way please call us once you get to the credit card portion during online signup.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SIGNUP PERIOD?

We require a minimum of 3 months agreement for storing units.  Once your initial 3 months is up you will be billed month to month for your stall, you can also renew for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at that time.

IT THERE A SANI DUMP ON SITE?

Yes, we have a sani-dump, water to rinse out your dump line, and air fill on site to fill your tire.  All are FREE for our customers.

CAN I CHOOSE MY SPACE?

When you rent online you will be assigned the next stall available on site.  If once you move in you do not like the space assigned to you, please let us know and we will give the opportunity to move to the next available space that comes open on site.  If you have family or friends onsite and would like a space together please contact us and we will do everything we can to make this happen.
