Yes we have our first flagship facility called ParklandRVstorage.com.  Same owners, site amenities and great service.  We would love to serve you at either facility.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY GATE CODE AND SPACE WHEN I RENT ONLINE?

Once you click the final step on our online registration you will automatically get your space and gate code emailed and texted to you.  You may move into the facility during our gate hours of 7AM to 10PM.  No hassle trying to arrange a time to meet up, we are a fully automated facility.

IS THE FACILITY SECURED?

Yes, there is a 6’ chain link fence surrounding the entire perimeter, 24/7 video security cameras, lighting dusk to dawn, security checks on units once daily, and individual keypad access for each customer which tracks how long and often each customer is onsite. 

CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT YEAR ROUND?

Yes, the facility is open 365 days a year between the gate hours of 7AM-10PM.  We plow out all the drive aisles if you want to come and check on your unit throughout the winter.  Some people who wish to take out their unit through the winter will bring a shovel to clear out the meter or two of snow in front of their units to make easier access. 

IS THE FACILITY GRAVELLED?

Yes, the entire RV Storage yard is compacted 6 inches of gravel.  There is no mud in our yard and you will have no issues year round accessing your unit.  Our customers say it is the nicest and cleanest facility they have ever encountered. :-)

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are conveniently located on the NorthWest edge of Spruce Grove, at the JENNIFER HEIL/CAMPSITE ROAD overpass just off off the Yellowhead Highway. We are a 10-minute drive from the Anthony Henday.  We serve customers throughout Edmonton, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain.

WHAT DO YOU I NEED TO STORE A UNIT?

When you rent online you are required to upload a picture of your valid drivers license (in the renters name), and you are required to have a valid insurance and registration to park units on the premises.

WHAT TYPE OF UNITS CAN I STORE ON SITE?

All sizes of trailers, motorhomes, and boats can be stored on site.  We do not permit passenger cars/trucks/buses nor other commercial trailers to be stored on site.  If you desire to store an ATV/UTV/SNOWMOBILE on site it must be stored inside a locked cargo trailer only.  These ATV/UTV/SNOWMOBILES are not permitted to be stored on the ground or on a flat deck open trailer at any time on site due to theft reasons.  Nothing else is permitted to be stored on the ground in your space other than your registered trailer/boat/or motorhome.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR EARLY MOVE OUTS?

Sites are non-refundable, and non-tranferrable to a new customer.  We provide a variety of storage term lengths to meet every need including 3, 6, 9 and 12 months options.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STORAGE SPACE?

We accept VISA or MasterCard, etransfer, check or cash.  Upon initial signup the online system will ask for payment with a credit card, but if you prefer to pay an alternate way please call us once you get to the credit card portion during online signup.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SIGNUP PERIOD?

We require a minimum of 3 months agreement for storing units.  Once your initial 3 months is up you will be billed month to month for your stall, you can also renew for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months at that time.

IS THERE SANI DUMP/AIR FILL ON SITE?

Yes, we have a sani-dump, water to rinse out your dump line, and air fill on site to fill your tire.  All are FREE for our customers.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN SPACE ON SITE?

As we are full almost 100% of the time you will be assigned the next stall available on site.  If once you move in you do not like the space assigned to you, please let us know and we will give the opportunity to move to the next available space that comes open on site.
